“She frequently runs late. I had an experience last Friday that caused me to walk out of the Salon after asking about when she would be done (already 15 minutes late) and another hairdresser told me that hairdressers are always late and implied I should not be asking. Alina never bothered to come up to me and let me know she would be late even though I was 20 feet away and she could plainly see me. After walking out, she never bothered to call or follow-up. Not a great response from an owner. ”

“I brought pictures of deep red hair color and a chin length incline cut and showed them to her, she then went back to finish another client and after awhile someone else started my color. She eventually came and took over my color and cut. My hair was deep purple, not red and the cut was shoulder not chin length but I was so shocked by the color I didn't bother asking her to fix the cut. Plus there was another client waiting for her who kept interrupting to tell her she was waiting.”
